Comprehensive Speech and OT Evaluations

Service Description

This initial evaluation will examine any and all of the following areas: Speech therapy concerns: -speech sounds -expressive language -receptive language -fluency -voice -feeding -cognition -auditory processing -speech, language, communication, and listening skills impacted by hearing loss/deafness -Complex communication needs (AAC). Occupational Therapy concerns: -Fine Motor Skills (ex. Hand strength & dexterity, Pre-writing and handwriting skills, Scissor skills) -Gross Motor & Core Strength (ex. Balance and coordination, Crossing midline, Motor planning) -Sensory Processing & Modulation -Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) -School Participation Skills -Play skills -Self-Regulation & Emotional Skills -Feeding & Oral Motor -Assistive Technology An individualized treatment plan will be created based on results.
